You need: a pack of miso paste, a meatball tofu, seaweed sushi, cut rolls and a couple of leeks, the latter three ingredients into bite-size pieces confusing, all in a bowl, pour boiling water over it. Stir - done.
Sounds simple, easy, looks great and tastes ... yes for what actually?
we call it subtle. The most dominant component in my miso soup is ... Water.
